Why does it look like the guy who took this pic was told to edit it and hide the logo? thats what it looks like to me...like there are tons of Ryanair pics on it so why this 1?

Its not an edited picture, the aircraft has been decommissioned and therefore logos have been removed or painted over.

Yes, and the rudder has not been repainted as that would require it to be rebalanced.
