Changes to picture upload rules

Hi Guys,

Due to the amount of time it takes when screening pictures a few upload rules have been introuduced that should encourage people to upload only their best pictures

These limits are based on your uploads over the previous 30 days:

- Acceptance rate greater than 90%: Unlimited Uploads
- Acceptance rate between 80% & 89%: Max of 50 Pictures In Queue
- Acceptance rate between 70% & 79%: Max of 40 Pictures In Queue
- Acceptance rate between 60% & 69%: Max of 30 Pictures In Queue
- Acceptance rate between 50% & 59%: Max of 20 Pictures In Queue
- Acceptance rate between 40% & 49%: Max of 15 Pictures In Queue
- Acceptance rate between 30% & 39%: Max of 10 Pictures In Queue
- Acceptance rate less than 29%: Max of 5 Pictures In Queue

This is done automatically via the upload script, if you try and get around this, any pictures that do get uploaded will be deleted.

You can now view your pictures statistics & upload queue details by clicking here and entering your email address: http://www.irishairpics.com/stats/

This page is private for people who upload pictures to IrishAirPics.com, you will need to use the email address supplied with your pictures to access your stats.

Currently this page only shows Queue Status / Uploads / Acceptance / Declined information, I'll add more functionality in the future if the interest is there.

I hate to be so dense but I haven't a clue by what is meant.
Does it refer to the message board posting pictures?

The rules above only apply to the photo upload page for the picture gallery section of the website, they have nothing to do with the message board.

Hi Guys,

Due to the heavy workload I have at the minute I've cut down the number of pictures permitted in the upload queue as screening these pictures eats up an awful lot of my time. I hope these changed limits are not permanent but I'll play it by ear.

I need the time to improve the website, in actual fact I'm building a completely new website, http://www.worldairpics.com and I need the time for the work on this site.
