How to insert pics into forum threads?

How does one insert pic's into threads? Prob silly Question but I can't seem to figure it out  :banghead: !!

Upload the pics to photobucket.com and just capo and paste the IMG typing below your pics into your thread.

Can you PM me asap? I caught the new ATR ( EI Scheme ) at EICM this morning, ive always wanted to post on Contrails!!! Aslo got an interesting nose name for EI-CVR!
