Can somebody here confirm for me whether the CASA's were fully or partly (50/50 ?) funded by the EU ?

(And, if possible, a link to any official website confirming this).

A piece in Air Forces Monthly implied that the CASA's were fully funded by the EU, which I believe to be incorrect.
