Are the Air Corps Cessna's going to be replaced in the near future and does anyone know what would be their replacements....?'<img'>

The White Paper on Defence recommended 3 x 'PBN Defender type' aircraft to replace the Cessna fleet.

Other options -
PBN Islander
CASA 212
Cessna Caravan
PC-12

I believe the Cessna Caravan is the AC's preferred choice.

the new version of the c212 would be perfect because they could also be used for heavier transport duties and drop a platoon of paratroops for foreign deployments! '<img'>
