The Director of Development of Laois County Council has been quoted more than once in local papers regarding a plan to have a heliport as part of a road/rail transport complex currently being promoted, on paper at least, by the council near Portlaoise. He has even claimed that there are 'talks about moving some of the activities from Baldonnel down here'.
Does anybody know anything remotely factual about this from the Casement end?
