The Aircorps already operate a 24hr Air Ambulance service!!!!
Those of you who are for real should know this(FF!!!).
OK, its not a dedicated service ,but, when its required theres always a heli or CASA/BEECH ready and waiting for the poor unfortunate soul!!

The Devil's Advocate would say that taking on a dedicated air ambulance role would further erode the AC's military image & role, paving the way for an 'air service'.
