Will Iolar fly again?

In view of the word that Iolar was damaged, will it fly again?
It was a popular aircraft at airshows.

Does anyone know what is the extent of the damage ?
And who actully owns it anyway, as far as I can remember it was presented to Aer Lingus, but I am not sure if they are the owners.
Also someone said it was waiting a C of A, but was serviceable before the accident.
The only thing I am really sure of is that maintaining older equipment of most types can suck up a lot of moneyand efford.

Hi all
The people at Aer Lingus who look after the Iolar are waiting for the new Boss to make a pronouncement on it's fate.Previously, the former boss was not inclined to expend money on allowing it to fly, merely to have it retained on a care and maintenance basis.The aircraft suffered damage to it's nose, right wing, right aileron and tail surfaces.The aircraft is Aer Lingus' property.

Do you know what happened it?

I understand if that info cant be posted for 'company sensitive reasons'.

Its stored in the hangar where they are trying to squeeze in A320s so.....

Hi all
The aircraft was damaged when a waste bin was pushed against the aircraft by the operation of the electric doors, from outside.The damage is mostly superficial, requiring small repairs to fabric but the right-hand aileron has a cracked rib and the sheet-metal in the nose cone is buckled.
Normally, there is enough room for an A320 with the doors open  and the position of the Iolar doesn't affect the A320 operation.
