Just on lunch break from work ( 2:30-3:30PM ) and 2 Pc9m's are overhead Westside/Newcastle area turning down toward Galway Airport ( EICM ) they dont seem in a rush i think they are doing ILS/IFR Touch and Go's @ EICM as they are climbing high up over the city and now Aer Arann has just buzzed my house climbing over the city and turning right out over the Bay seems as if he is Shannon bound ( EINN )?

Fouga,

Indeed you are correct. The 2 aircraft you saw were practicing instrument approaches at Carnmore with the current Cadet Class.

I spotted a solo PC-9M - in a hurry! - heading towards The Curragh at 9am this morning.

Nice to hear them 'opened up' now and again   'pilot_cool'
