Spook,
That I am aware the only non civil items on the AB139 are the Army standard radios and provisions for fitting crew mounted weapons. I know that it has no other fitted protection measures and is essentially a civil helicopter. It is nothing like the US139 which has yet to be fully developed and is only a paper concept for a particular US military contract.
