Hi Guys,
Looks dubious. How did the photographer pan to keep the aircraft sharp but not blur the background. Not even the cracks in the taxiway are blurred. Also look at the next pic of the SU27 taxing. Doesnt the height look very similar. I think this machine was taxing and has had its gear removed.

Hi all
This was probably just before the collision-and-fireball-and-dramatic-last-second-ejection part of the Russian display. If anyone offers to display a Russian fighter at your airshow, think twice! 'stir_the_pot'

He wouldnt need to pan if he had the appeture wide open, but, it seems very overcast to obtain such a shutter speed. Looks like there was camera shake though and the aircraft has been well sharpened with photoshop!! The only way to tell would be to go into the meta data of the photo and see if how its been worked on??

Well, recently, I saw video of Su27 crashed on some Russian /?/ airshow. This video was, probably, bit older I reckon one year, but still... I try to find it, but I do not promise.

Back to those pics, I am not an expert, but I have a feeling, that this machine should be in different angle, in other words nose should be higher than tail...

Please note Frank's earlier post.

The authenticity of this photo has been discussed at length on other websites.  Several other shots of the same flyby , taken from other vantage points, have also been posted and these show that it is genuine - end of story.

Did any of you guys look at the link I posted? As SF has said, this picture has been discussed on numerous other forums and seeing as there are photos taken from other angles by different people it has been deemed to be genuine.
