Spitfire 161 returned to Duxford today after a two week stay.Sad to see it go. Col Paul Fry in the rear seat, John Romain in front

The Air Corps King Air was reported at Duxford this afternoon - presumably in a "supporting role" for the Spitfire flight/crew.

King Air on training flight called into Duxford and collected Col Fry. I believe this was a first visit by the King Air to Duxford and possibly a first for any Air Corps aircraft, anybody know differently?
