I'm sure many people will have been familiar with Joe a very popular figure within the Air Corps and Bolton Street. A true gentleman and a scholar.
I am sure all would send their condolonces to his family at this time.
His removal is this evening and funeral mass tomorrow 13th June in the Church of the Nativity Beaumont Dublin 9.

Hi there,
Joe was always good for a laugh and never took the place seriously. He must have taught thousands.My condolences to his family.RIP.

God rest him. He was alsways good for a laugh and always passed himself well when you'd meet him. He used to make the hostel a bit more bearable compared to some of the wardens that were in charge.

How are you and the family keeping Cygnet since I saw you last?
