It is basicaly the same like use of polyurethans, whatever the brand is, and, in the end of the day, cheaper... I am using AutoAir paints successfully on every material I came across - fibreglass, aluminium, plastic, metal, paper....

yes, I know, but.....
If you used those on a flying aircraft for instance, the paint would be gone in a minute. Aircraft paints have special characteristics For better durability in the sometimes extreme conditions they fly in. But doesn't matter now since I'm not painting one ':p'
