Yes there is actually, and logistics refers to helicopters also, no EU country other than the UK has the capability to airlift items of 50 ton weight or more and the C-130/C-160 class aircraft are not in surplus.

What I meant was, we will need all these capabilities, albeit in a small form if we are part of the ERF, not just to get us to the hot spots but to train our troops at home simulating battle zones with fast jets and armed helicopters around them.
No point training a gun dog if you don't occasionally use a gun in that training process.
