Spitfire Ace (Featuring 162) was on discovery during the week and the second part will undoubtably be on next week. There was also a Programme called a Spitfire's Story on aswell but it was a one off. Look on the listings should be on about 1:30 on discovery.

I have purchased the AOPA yearly handbook in Easons - and I think I saw the AOPA mag for sale there on a few occassions - worth checking out.

I've just been on the AOPA website but they don't have any photos' of the ex IAC Spitfire. There was a good article in FlyPast magazine a few months ago, May, about how Historic Flying Limited at Duxford have completely re-built 161 and painted her up in original IAC colours, complete with Celtic boss! It looked really well in the photos. I only found the mag by chance in the crewroom at work!
