I was in Malta on holiday last week, I took the opportunity to fly to Gozo and back the next day (15 mins each way) in a Russian Mi8 helicopter. Great crack, now I can see why Airforces want large troop carrier chopers, it is huge and was configured to carry 28 people.

I'm gonna have some fun with those helicopters in the next few months. Might even get involved with MI-26s too! And Hinds! Oh the excitement!!! Pics naturally will follow, but you will have to wait a while...
