A fine sight operating from Sligo these days ... a Buckers Jungmann Biplane trainer, in Spanish Air Force colours, light green colour scheme, and full 'X' fin flash. Belgian registered but apparently now based in Sligo.  Fully aero.

Interesting ... but wonder why St. Andrew's cross associated with Spain ... its a long way from Scotland ....

st andrew was an apostle, so they have as much claim to him as the scots i suppose. other than the fact his remains were supposed to be shipwrecked in scotland.
