New EC135 Air to Air pics
« on: November 09, 2005, 12:09:11 am »
Hi Guys,

The EC135 pictures have certainly started coming in now including 9 air to air pictures of 270.

Unfortunately due to a stupid thing called work I wasn't able to be present in Baldonnel for the arrival of the new heli's so I'm relying on you guys to supply the pics.

Here are some sample pics, click on the link below them for the full lot:

Superb shots Frank, Tom and Mike.  The 135's are indeed lovely and this is a great time for the Air Corps.  Now they need to ditch the white helmets for green to match the new helicopters.

I assume they will be issued with rolls of green insulation tape to put over their helmets.

Remember in the past when aircrew wore green helmets and pilots wore white ones?

Great photos !

Why has one heli got longer skids than the other ?

And what is the white tank on the side for ?
