Thats abit of history in itself noy cause the Dauphin will be gone but that the it is probaly the first time an Irish Air Corps Helicopter has flown close to the border in any other colour than grey in over 20 odd years since probly the Puma days in 1982 its quite ponignant that the IAC now have no trouble flying Olive Green Coloured helicopters round the border as the trouble have finished it good sign in my opinion...

Yep Fouga you too! Think I prefer the sound of the Al III, but that's me old fashioned.

i know!i was kicking myself that i had no camera!i was about to go home and pick one up but just then the pair went flying of again in the direction of finner!at one point the EC135 is was at roof top level, the numbers are not visible at all, only the celtic boss and the tricolour!it is so quiet compared to the Dauphin!i could hear the Dauphin about 2minutes before i could see it!it too was very low ,id say about 100ft of the ground!

Their job, most likely.

I didn't realise they were forbidden from flying outside the Baldonnel environs.

Air corps aircraft travel all around the country on a daily basis,if we report every sighting we will be filling up the bard very quickly.
Its none of our business what they are doing.

Is Opsec gone from the milvocab?
