Hi Des,
Long time since we were getting a lift home from Bobby!!
Hope you are well.
I met Bobby 2 weeks ago in the chippy on the Malahide Rd.
He was in good form and looked great!
Best Regards!

Hey Papa 242, when we do an engine change and I straddle the pylon with an RB211 underneath my buttocks I imagine a pair of handlebars sticking up out of the nose cowl!
Good to hear that Bobby is still around, can you remember me to him if you see him again? He had the balance between upcamp and downcamp just right. It just goes to show how good he was at his job-how many RSMs have they got in Baldonnel now- Bobby used to do all of their work! He still puts the fear of God into me!

PaPa !
Been a while since I got a lift of Bobby actually the roles were reversed I was giving him and clipper a lift in and out but that meant you had to stay till after 1630 !!
I hear Bobbys wife is in hospital and unlikely to go home again.
Alas my own wife passed away recently following her 10 year battle - at least shes at peace now RIP.

Sorry to here that Cygnet - God Rest. Bobby G must be a good age now and I seem to remember hearing sometime back that Clipper had unfortunately departed.

JK I can't imagine you stradling a 747 pylon you must have some joooooniers to do those sort of things now '<img'>
