I am unaware of the facts of this incident however as it was in another country with a civilian pilot involved it is very likely that a full investigation will be carried out, as it would in Ireland as the IAA have the right to investigate Air Corps incidents in Ireland.
With regard to the height of the aircraft belly I would imagine that it will cause some problems with landing in rough areas. A greater concren for me is how narrow the main undercarriage tyres are. Surely this is built for tarmac and not soft fields were you normaly find the Army.
