Aviation Fair 2006

The Aviation Society of Ireland Will host the 15th Aviation Enthusiasts Fair at the Aer Lingus ALSAA Sports Club, Old Airport Road, Dublin.

Date: Sunday, 26th November 2006

Time:10.00am to 17.00pm


Admission free

I'll be there guys, advertising the website and I'll have some pictures and hopefully a few posters for sale.

I'll be selling the last few of the 2006 Air Corps calendars very cheap (I know they are out of date but the pictures are good for cutting out and using as posters).

I'll also be selling the Air Corps books very cheap hopefully, I can't confirm a price yet but they will hopefully be less than EUR 10.00.

I haven't heard about 2007 Air Corps calendars yet but if I hear anything I'll let you know.

I'll be there too, Frank, with some general diecast and plastic model kits. I wouldn't mind one of those AirCorps calendars, if you can keep one for me.
I'll also have a batch of the polo shirts and baseball caps which I will be selling on behalf of Clog as he can't make it ( he lives in my general area, apparently). I'll not have many, so it's first come, first served.

Here's an update on what I'll have with me at the aviation fair.

Air Corps stuff:

100 Years book
EUR 5.00 paperback
EUR 8.00 hardback

2006 calendar
EUR 1.00 (last few, good for cutting the pictures out)

2007 calendar
EUR 5.00 (can only take orders for mailing, calendars not completed yet)

All proceeds go towards the Air Corps Museum at Baldonnel

The polo shirts and caps were there. I was selling them on behalf of Clog. Did ok...but I think we need to get the different sizes.
Also, we are looking to get some new designs done as well, to give a choice.
Generally, the comments we recieved were favourable.

Thanks to everyone who bought one. As stated, all monies will go to the Air Corp museam.

It's a great airshow with many differant airforces attending every year.look it up on google.
