your right it is a pretty sweet pic!it probably wont be long until up close pics of it come out during firing excersises like the old ones of the marchettis!cant wait for them!look in the book wings above Ireland theres a preety cool pic of them spitting out rockets at a target at sea!

Anyone know if the aircraft can carry four rocket pods or four MG pods at the same time or is it always a mix of both?

It's quite interesting to fly the camera aircraft taking photos during a rocket firing exercise. One wouldn't want to drift in too close! Myself and T.F. from photographic Section got those Marchetti shots where the SNEBs are "stopped" in mid air. Ah, the memories.......
