« on: December 06, 2006, 10:40:24 am »
I know its very early to be thinking about it but the US Airforce have just announced that the Thunderbirds will be at the 2007 Salthill Air Show which is on the 24th of June!!!!
Of course, its just my luck that I`ll probably be in the US on that date '<img'>

Great coup for the organisers.

Another year of protestors throwing themselves on the ground pretending they've been bombed  'duh'

Hi lads,

can't wait for salthill now!!  Pilatus, regarding your wish for a Eurofighter i would count on it, simply because it's the UKs newest toy so they'll have to show it of to the rest of the world no? Hope i'm right!  'thumbsup'

I saw one at the Leeuwarden Air show earlier this year (static only) and it is massive! especially compared to the Gripen it stood beside!!  '<img'>

Hi Guinness,

Yep we'll hammer a few down alright!!!!
Only the show is held on the 24th (if my memory serves me right!) doesn't that clash with a certain birtday of a certain cousin?'<img'> You'll have to keep the missus happy to!

Hope you can make it though! should be great.   'applause'

Salthill 2007 will probably draw the Largest attendance yet!!

my missus read about the thunderbirds comming to Salthill in the herald during the week i think if memory serves me  they'll be displaying at R.I.A.T fairford too.....

an A380 and Eurofighter display/flyby would be the icing on the Cake for me
i missedThe Portrush Airshow because of commitments at home
did any member attend any of the days in Portrush Cos Typoon displayed there???
