Hi JK

How are things with you. Obviously no work to do if you have time to be here.

The PC9's are doing very well with us. A lot of the teething bugs have been resolved and serviceability has become quite good.
That's until the new class of cadets get their hands on them and start doing the basics wrong or forget what we've told them not to do.

Colm is looking over my shoulder and say hi and to give him an email at colm.corrigan@defenceforces.ie.

Hey Dinger see you are up to your tonsils as well. How is the back swing coming. Say hi to Maggot for me when you see him.

Hi Claude and Dinger. Good to see there's still some of you checking the notices! All's well over here, BA is still going. No sign of new starters though. People keep retiring but don't get replaced, all they do is move work away! All that's left at Heathrow now is casualty, minor servicing, A checks, etc and 767 Majors. The youngest bloke in the hangar where I am is nearly 40! They still expect the same amount of work to be done though!
Hey Dinger, I noticed an advert for a new engine shop going up here at Manston, operated by Summit Aviation, have you ever heard about them? What sort of stuff do they overhaul, do you know? A job there could save me a 100 mile drive to work every night!
Best wishes, guys, JK

Unfortunately ther only seems to be bad news on the page now. Where has all the banter gone? Is Airman Stall banished to Spike Island? Has Singlet flown the nest?

JK sound like your ready for a redundancy package - 100 mile a day phew! I expect you are on the bike it would be murderous trying to drive that every day. _  'pilot_smiley'

No cygnet hasnt flown the nest - nice to see some old names on the board - there must be no gossip or scandal in the Don - although I hear the wheels might finally be in motion for PC ? did I hear correct then !

Sorry Cygnet just read my post and I must have had a bit of a brain freeze with my spelling - it had been a long day. '<img'>
