Kleine Brogel Photocall 2007
« on: July 20, 2007, 12:23:42 pm »
Hi Guys,

It was a tough weekend... 2 delayed flights, 2 full days at RIAT, dark & wet weather, arrived at hotel in Belgium to find it closed and had to slept in car... then the sun came out at KB and made it all feel much better.

Had a great day at KB, met John Higgins & Tony O, probably bumped into a few other UKAR heads along the way, got some nice shots (I think), still getting used to working a prime lens & teleconverter, some shots were a little bit soft but overall I had a great day and I'm happy with my piccies.

Here are a few for you guys to have a look at, larger versions and more pictures are here: http://www.irishairpics.com/reports/oie_07/

Enjoy,

Frank.

Shots are excellent Frank,

Great clarity and depth of field.

What combination of equipment are you using?

Frank,

fabulous shots... as usual!

Have you ever considered adding some photo info, so as us mere mortals might learn something.

Keep up the good work and many thanks,
IAS

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the feedback...

Downunder:

I'm now using 2 Canon EOS-30D bodies with a Canon 70-200mm F2.8 IS lens and a Canon 300mm F4 IS lens. I also use two 1.4X teleconverters / extenders.

I always plan to add more info with the pictures but I'm usually pshed for time when adding the pictures to the website and I always end up leaving the additional info out.

I'll try to add info with the next batch.

Regards,

Frank.
