Hey FF, are you saying the US isn't civilised? Irish Marine might have something to say about that!

They took all 6 "S" SF260's up for a photo call as it will probably be near enough the last time we will be able to put up that many. Two are due O/H in December and they probably will not be done as an economy measure as they are being phased out with the PC9 .

But then again we don't really know for sure if that will happen or not.

Which aircraft will be used for CAP next year (EU presidency) ?

The PC-9's are not due until March 04' at the earliest.

Would it be against the rules to ask what it's over for?

If it's against the OSA then I suppose I'll have to be shot at(with, if she's nice) dawn.

With regards to CAP for the EU, you never know, maybe the F-16 detachment rumour might be true!
By the way we seem to have a lot of Swiss a/c visiting recently! Maybe this pc-9 deal included landing rights for civvie swiss a/c? Last week we had a beutifully painted pc-12 in.It was painted in siberian tiger colours, with the stripes running all over the a/c.
This week we had a Swiss BAE-125 in, again in pristine condition. I have to give it to the Swiss that they certainly keep their a/c immaculate.
