T'was on TV3 news this evening with Smithy giving it a right good send up. They had footage of the cockpit and the cabin.
It looked surprisingly small inside, certan TD's better lay off the mince pies this crimbo.

Hi all,
Learjet 258 at Baldonnel on Friday just after arriving on the ramp. Sorry I could not post it on Friday as I was requested not to put it on the web. It looks very nice.

they better keep the king air, as a trainer the thing is a bad choice but the casa is an even f*^king worse choice, why the govt cant spend 400,000 on a light twin for training is beyond me. how irish can you get lets use a multi million pound aircraft for idiot training. ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
you're not lost until you're lost at mach 3

While I don't agree with the purchase of this jet (a six-month leased jet would have sufficed - the money should have been spent on AC helis/or Army/NS), I have to admit it looks the business !
