Irish Marine,

I'm not knocking the Air Corp, and I agree that people should check it out if interested. I just didn't think we could tell people it was a great career because we haven't had first-hand experience of serving there.

I'm an Irish citizen as well, but I've never been in the Air Corp so I can't give advice to those wishing to join.

The fact that you're a citizen and have known some pilots doesn't qualify you to dispute AF07's remarks. The only ones who can do that are the likes of P.Doff & John K.

Recrutment poster slogans are no substitute for real world knowledge.

Frank Malloy-I respect what you have to say, but I think people should go and check  it out, who knows they may enjoy being a member of the Irish Aircorps.

The bottom line is Military life is a great experience regardless of the day to day work load!!!! '<img'>  ''

FF,

You used the plural term 'ignorant, rascist yahoos', that implies that some or all of those who replied to the post are rascist & ignorant. I think you owe us all an apology.
