Nice Fouga "220" Picture

Hi Guys,

I picked up a nice picture of Fouga "220" lastnight and I've added it to the website.  This picture is a small one, go to the main website for the larger picture.



Also, as you may have seen from an earlier post, I added a picture to the website of Beech "240" with "Fitz" written under the cockpit window.  This aircraft was named "Fitz" to commemorate the re-enactment of the first East-West crossing of the Atlantic by the "Bremen", the co-pilot of which was Captain James Fitzmaurice.

I'm sorry to say I haven't been to the Netherlands to fly the Fouga, my holidays have been nothing as exotic as that, I've just taken a few days off from work and my pc, that's all.

Glad you like the logo.  I'll try and enlarge it for you but you'll have to bear with me for a few weeks, I'll be away from my pc a lot over the next few weeks due to holidays & a wedding (not mine I might add!), but I'll get it done asap.  

Do you want the size to be 1024 X 768?

I'm having the logo made into a badge actually, something to add to the bomber jacket for the air shows, if you or anyone else out there wants one let me know as soon as you can and I'll have one made up for you, the badge will cost somewhere in the region of €10.  I haven't seen what the finished badge looks like yet but I'll let you know when I see it.

Frank-Nice Fouga 220 pic indeed!!!!!!!! It is sad that the Fouga's are out of service. I grew up them as a kid and hope that Jets will be in the hands of our motivated Irish Aircorps Pilots soon!!!!!! Frank do you remember on RTE back in Christmas 86, the special that Pat Kenny did on the Air Spec 86? he also got to ride in the Fouga's before the team was formed.  Well great memories indeed at the Don in 86 and 87.

Well Frank I love the video pic and look forward to many great video down loads.
