Hi IM,

They are used daily by the looks of it, I see either the Squirrel or the EC135 over Dublin frequently.

Regards,

Frank.

Lurk,
I think that all the specs you're looking for on the EC-135 will be on this website,I'm not sure but have a look anyway.

The Garda squirell was on the news today,I forgot it got an all blue underside,it doesn't look right if you ask me!

They are probably the only aircraft in use at Baldonnel that fly after 4.30pm!

me thinks the ec-135 was another blunder , it has such little
range or endurance .one has to ask was there any thinking involved in this choice .must have been the same people who screwed up the options for the dauphin 2's '<img'>

Hey FF, thanks for taking the heat off me, I usually get slated here!

I beleive the Garda Squirrel has flown 5000 hours so far, with their fixed wing not too far behind that.  No idea on the EC 135, as it is only in service a few months. Thats a lot of flying for a five year old unit.
It would be interesting to see what percentage of Air Corps Flying hours per anum the Guards do! '[:sus:'
