The Chinese have a 'concrete' aircraft carrier at the Oriental Green Boat Park in Shanghai.

It is a full size replica of a 'generic' design - and is used to educate the Chinese visitors about what an aircraft carrier does, what it looks like etc.

Nice place and well worth a visit - make sure you don't make my mistake of bringing a corrupt memory card in your camera............... :banghead: :thumbsdown: :'( :-[ :-[
