Hey Cygnet at last I've caught up with you! And Ja....sorry Claudel Hopson, true 'Donners, remember when the Pope came over? That was when the 'Don was a good place to be, well everything's relative, do either of you remember a WOMAN going up in one of the Fougas? Well I was on the ramp that day and I saw off those Fougas and unless she came out from the Hangar wearing a helmet with the visor down I didn't see one, but FF seems to think she was in one of those Fougas!!.....Naaahh! Whatever happened to Dick? He came over here to BA didn't he? What about Tootsie?

Hi JK & Cygnet. Yeah all is well. DC has torn all the ligaments in his ankle and is on sticks. He's blaming the cat.

Never mind the bimbo in the fouga, do ye remember the young blondie weather girl in the tower who used to go in and out in the mornings on her push-bike. Gave many a lad an OG Baiter early in the morning. Whatever happened to her.

They emptied the photo album in photo section here last week and put on a display from over the years. A lot of faces have passed through here.

Tootsie is still knockin around but all isn't well. Haven't seen Dick since the 1986 re-union.

Hey Claudel and Cygnet, I remember her! Miriam was her name and I used to go out to see her when I was on guard, stand too and fire picquet! She was really pissed off with me! She used to have a little 125 Honda at one time and we'd talk bikes, she got me interested in the weather! Ahhh! those were the days! Best wishws, guys, JK

Where's the golf course? in Jimmy Blakes farmyard? Is the old cemetry still there? Hey Phil, did British Airways look after you on your travels? Hope you didn't get caught up in the wildcat strikes (Blame the management!)

The 'nuc flag is a bit of a give away, eh. M.N.!! And you're right Cygnet, I wasn't interested in the weather! She did tell me that while I was over talking to her it stopped the young officers (whose names I won't mention!) from bothering her! They'd walk in, see me and walk out again!

Hey Claudel! Did you go anywhere nice on your animal leave? Did Jaffa catch up with Colm or Wollie, do you know? He's not replied to me for a while. I'll send him a message and call him a recruit for bringing his kids into the 'Don! (Of course I'll neglect to tell him that I've already done that as well!)
Yelruf may have had a whip but he didn't use it enough on Wynne! Or Houlihan, or Smith, or Hoare (he was my townie so he didn't treat me too bad!)
Any news on things to come?
Best wishes to you all, JK

Hey JK you're no flat tyre! Yeah I suppose it's a bit of a giveaway but c'est la vie. I forgor about her 125 until you mentioned it. Took away a lot of the view & made No 1 very boring when she got the motorbike.

Corro is looking over my shoulder and says hello and that he misses you like a toothache.

Cygnet I hope all gets well with the missus on this attempt.

Hey Fil, you've got me perplexed! You don't work for BA as well do you? Top floor of TBC? Where will you be flying to? Claudel, I'll get in touch with Jaffa and let him know about this site. Do you know what, if any, are the differences between the PC9 and the Tucano?

Hey Phil, was it the 68 bus then? or does that go to Leixlip? 67? I'm sure it wasn't the 51. I remember the old bus with the platform on the back was good for a piss on the Clondalkin road! Unless there was a car behind! Then they changed it to the folding door type and if anyone wanted a piss they had to get of and walk the rest of the way! Ahhhh! memories of those bus journeys! then I got my first motorbike!
Where's the rest of you Donners? Honking in your wagons?
