Looks like the Aer Lingus DH.84 was out and about today (Saturday) just had the mark one eye ball to hand. It passed over Newlands cross at 1.30ish on its way to Weston. The second time in the last week or so it’s been over the west of the city.

I've seen it a couple of days in the air in the last week over the general Maynooth, Celbridge area tootling around. Wondered what it was up to - but nice to see (and hear). Think it was Tuesday and Wednesday before the weather got worse.....

As you say nice to hear, in to Baldonnel on the 18th April and spent a bit of time on the ground at Weston on Saturday. It seems to be in the company of second aircraft most days, photo ship?

Thought I saw it over the eastern end of the city heading east (perhaps VFR along the river) along with a high wing single engine in formation. But like Ascot, it was just the old Mk.I from a distance.

It returned from Weston to Dublin later in the day yesterday. It was flying with a Cessna 182 earlier. I am not sure why.
