I can currently do it in just under ten minutes but I want to get it down to about 9.30 to stand a realistic chance if I apply

don't kill yourself matt, as long as you pass the physical in the required time frame your fine. its really about how you interview. most of the guys (myself included) posted the slowest times of those to reach that stage. when you get to that point your already ranked in order of preference and there is usually 20 people left for about 10 slots.

But if each person left on selection is ranked, would a good physical fitness test not increase their chances of being one of the ten selected?? '<img'>
