I was wondering, how many people on this board actually fly. I'll start off, I am a PPL with 400 hours mainly on Piper Warriors, but I learned on a Tomahawk. I've also flown a 172, a Grumann Cheetah and an Archer, and have 2 hours in a Tiger Moth !!!

AF07, what do you teach aerobatics in? I remember doing spins and spiral dives in a Tomahawk when I was learning over the sea off Guernsey at 8,000 feet, it was fun. I wanted to go down that route, but with work etc I really do not fly a lot now, most of my hours were accumulated in the first few years after I got my PPL which appears to be fairly typical of PPL's.

1 hour formation flying and some aerobatics in a Marchetti
1 hour in a formation of 4 Alouettes
1 hour mountain flying in an Alouette
1 hour cross country in a Reims Cessna
1 hour of aerobatics in a Yak-52

All flights as a passenger I might add, times are approximate.

Frank.
