Hi guys, a newbie here. Got my interview on Friday. Wonder how many out of the 3-400 applications will make it past this stage? It's meant to be fairly similar for everyone, competencies - leadership, discipline/motivation, planning/organising, problem solving/decision making. Would that be right Joey?
I was told that there were 256 applications this year for an Air Corps cadetship

^ thats a very low figure. I`d heard it was much lower than previous years but thats even lower than what was expected.

Well thank Godd that's over. Not easy they weren't. There was 100 applicants left for the aptitude tests and that'll be whittled down to something like 30 for final interviews.
