Strip the Dauphins

Just out of curiousity would it be viable to rip out the glass cockpit and associated systems in the Dauphin and refit them with a simpler analogue cockpit?

If this weight reduction was combined with removing the SAR equipment would the army not then have access to four decent section lifters for training purposes?

This might also provide an interim training solution while we await the arrival of MLHs
