The Don has already contracted out some aspects of it's operations and it's only a matter of time before it reaches down to basic training.The sooner the better,too.

Where shall I start? The maintenance on the Garda helis,the previous use of other people's Marchettis,the civvie SAR, the first IRANs on the Marchettis plus the usual initial and recurrent training on new types for pilots and techies..the list goes on.The Don can't keep up, despite it's own resources, and it is the trend worldwide, anyhow.
