No 68 Bus

Your best bet would probably be to get a bus to Clondalkin then get a taxi from there.

Frank.

Hi matt,

I've no idea how much a taxi would cost to Baldonnel & back.

Maybe someone who works in Baldonnel can help you out with more specific information?'<img'>

Only the occasional 68 bus goes to Baldonnel. Most of them finish at the terminus at Newcastle, over two miles away. Check the timetables for an appropiate 68 bus serving Baldonnel, , and no taxi will be required.

Alternatively, 69 to Rathcoole, and a two mile cab from Rathcoole Cabs to Bal. No cabs known at Newcastle, and the 69 is more frequent.

Hi all
Matt,if you really HAVE to get there, for an interview or such like, break open the piggybank. It'll be cheaper in the end.Failing that, get the 69 to Rathcoole, take the back road from Airmotive and stick your thumb out.Anything passing has to go by the main gate.
regards

Yes guys I went..and passed the fitness test  '<img'>  ...Had no camera though and we were vigorously warned to stay away from the hangars and all aircraft manouvering areas!! But the run was done around the runway and a PC-9 landed just as I was coming down the home straight and that just encouraged me to run even faster...and I broke my PB for 1 1/2 miles!!!! I was so happy !!!!!  '<img'>
