The SAR based at EISG

Just wondering if you guys have any info on IRL118, it passes over my house often enough and I was wondering if there was any set routing for SAR ops? Like today it flew by 3 times, I would think it was involved with the operation out in Clifden.

Any info would be appreciated. '<img'>

Hi,Stephen
The heli would have no specified routes, unless it was going to the same area to train, every time.Failing that, it might use the same point to enter and leave the Sligo Zone, out of consideration for other traffic. You'll always know if it's going on a shout, because it'll be flat out and everything else will give way.
regards
GttC

Hi Guys,

The Eisg Sar Helo has been flat out this month so far with a high flying rate to this date, the route in and out of the airport would be fairly regular so i would think that you will see alot more of it flying close to your home. Need anything else just ask
