The new upgrades the original Phantom 4, with a 1-inch, 20-megapixel sensor and a mechanical shutter. The upgraded camera is capable of shooting 4K video at 60 frames per second, while more powerful video processing supports H.264 4K videos at 60fps or H.265 4K at 30fps -- at a 100Mbps bitrate. Similar to the Phantom 4 Pro, it comes with intelligent features that allow automatic flight modes, including Draw, ActiveTrack, TapFly, Gesture and Tripod. With the FlightAutonomy system, the P4A is able to hover precisely, without GPS. Here we go again... The ordinance would ban all flights under 400 feet, with penalties as high as $2,000 and up to 90 days in jail. A Councilman claims that there have been increasing complaints about drones, particularly in North Dover. He said residents have complained about the aircraft flying over their homes, with one neighborhood expressing upset about a real estate agent using a drone. AMA and DJI, in collaboration with Fly-Robotics, will host an introductory sUAS course, called UAS4PublicSafety, open to public safety officials from June 21 to 25 in Indianapolis, Indiana. UAS have quickly become a valuable tool for firefighters, police officers, search-and-rescue crews and other emergency responders, with at least 59 lives saved, according to a recent report from DJI.
