| Comments: This beutifully restored & maintained Super Cub is based at Navan & is pictured here at Trevet whilst on a break from a training detail. The restoration was carried out in Antwerp by Raymonds Aircraft Restoration while it was OO-VIK. The aircraft went on to win "Best Belgian Vintage Aircraft" at the International Old Timers Fly-In 2002 at Schaffen, Belgium. In 2003 & 2005 it took the "Best Contemporary Aircraft" prize at the PFA Rallys, "Best Piper Cub" at the 2005 PFA, & "Best Restoration" at the RSA in 2003. |
