Large Picture Comments: Constructed in 1937. This "Storch" illustrated the considerable STOL and slow flying capabilities of the aircraft during its flying demonstration. In hot climates the side cowls of the engine are sometimes removed to prevent overheating. Aircraft still retains the rear facing swivel mounted machine gun (disabled?).
